Shipping Details & Return Policy
Orders generally will ship within 3-7 business days.
Depending on your location, your order may come in 2 separate shipments.
Orders containing preorder items will ship when your preorder item is stocked, please review the listing for the estimated stock date.
Print on demand items cannot be returned or refunded but Corso Shipping Protection will replace any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Please understand that some shipping carriers continue to experience delays and this factor is unfortunately completely out of our control.RETURNS
When returning an item, please take note of the following:
- To complete any returns or exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
- If your hat arrives damaged or defective please email email@example.com within 14 days to receive a replacement. Hats must be unworn, unaltered with tags still attached.
- For general returns & exchanges, the original shipping charge will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping any returns or items approved for an exchange.
- Upon receiving your unused/unworn return, store credit will be issued. Store credit may be used for a different size or completely different item. Store credit never expires.
- Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- All close-out items or special sales with a discount of over 30% are not eligible for returns, with the exception of damaged items.
- Gift cards are non-refundable
